We Learn, Build, and Measure each product we develop.
Our journey begins with gathering all the knowledge we can possibly get about the product – we call that the Discovery.
After that, we conduct a series of interviews – with customers as well as the stakeholders – to ensure we have all the necessary information in order to create the ultimate product which will satisfy everyone’s needs.
Given that, we do design sprints to understand the problems, sketch the solutions and decide the strategy for the product.
Then, we construct a first raw prototype for the product – to test its usability and do the operational research. At that point, we get a first glance at what the product will look like – and check how we can make it happen.
We move forward to the development of the product when we find the difference between the prototype and the product we planned at our first step. We identify mistakes and inaccuracies and fix them according to the data we have. We call that the Build.
We finalize the UI of the product and test it – until it applies to all the demands and becomes comfortable for the final user.
Lastly, we work closely with the development team to bring you the product with all the features you wanted, and with all the experience we collected from the testers. With the release, we finish the part we call the Measure.
